This was a migration project from PrestaShop to Shopify, delivered in close collaboration with a partner agency.
Our role focused on building a clean, conversion-friendly storefront while preserving key data and ensuring a smooth transition to the Shopify ecosystem.
Migration of products, collections, and customer data from PrestaShop, theme implementation, app stack setup, and UX improvements for mobile and desktop experiences. Localized content structure for the Lithuanian audience.
